Bioware shared the artwork of the upcoming Anthem stronghold named The Sunken, which should arrive later this month. The developer also confirmed that a full reveal event with Q and A is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 17 April 2019.

April 2019 promises to be Anthem's biggest months since the game's release earlier this year. Bioware previously revealed the roadmap which detailed a lot of fresh content including a brand new stronghold, guilds and leaderboards.

The first major addition will be The Sunken stronghold, Anthem's first post-launch dungeon. Bioware teased the new content in the latest picture that shows some sort of underground facility with a pillar of energy right in the middle of it. It's not much, but it's enough to give us the overall look and feel of The Sunken.

Other than that, there's nothing to suggest how The Sunken could play or how many bosses it may have. Bioware have been keeping their cards close to their chest for some time now when it comes to new content. Let's hope they're just busy working on it.

Bioware also confirmed that a full reveal event for The Sunken will be live streamed on Wednesday, 17 April 2019, 3:00 PM CT / 10:00 PM CET. Anthem's Lead Producer Ben Irving will take part in the live stream along with "special guests" to talk about the upcoming stronghold.

Later this month, Bioware also plan to introduce the guild system to Anthem that will allow players to create and manage their guilds or join others. The details about Anthem's guilds are pretty scarce at the moment and we're yet to find out how many players will it support, or what type of activities will be available for guild members.

Furthermore, Leaderboards are also coming in April 2019 if Bioware's roadmap is correct and everything goes as planned. Hopefully, Irving and his guests shed more light on these additions in the live stream, and maybe even give us a few hints about the big Cataclysm events that are scheduled for the May 2019 launch.
