Ubisoft have shared PC system requirements for the upcoming Far Cry New Dawn. The recommended specs are almost identical to those of Far Cry 5 and Ubisoft also included the required system specs for 4K resolution in both 30 and 60 FPS.

Far Cry New Dawn's release is now less than a month away which is why Ubisoft have shared the official PC system requirements. If you played Far Cry 5 on high framerates and without any issues you'll be happy to hear that Far Cry New Dawn requires almost identical hardware for low, high and 4K settings.

To play the game on the lowest possible settings, including the 720p resolution, you'll need at least an Intel Core i5 2400 CPU which is almost eight years old piece of hardware. Same goes for the red team as AMD's FX 6350 will be just enough to play the game in 30 FPS.

For the graphics card, Nvidia's GeForce GTX 670 or AMD's Radeon R9 270X will do the job just fine. You'll also need 8 GB of RAM and at least Windows 7 SP1 operating system.

If you're looking to crank the graphics up to the max, Ubisoft recommends Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 for the CPU and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290X for the GPU. Again, nothing scary as these components are considered low to mid range.

What is a bit interesting in these system requirements for high and low settings is the lack of FPS targets but given that similar hardware was able to push Far Cry 5 over the 60 FPS margin, it's safe to say this will also be the case with the upcoming title.

Ubisoft didn't exclude recommended specs for those with 4K monitors. For a minimum 30 FPS on 4K resolution your CPU will have to be at least Intel Core i7-6700 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600X and for the graphics card, Far Cry New Dawn will require NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 or AMD RX Vega 56. Also, 16 GB of RAM memory will be required for a smooth experience on the 4K resolution.

And last but not least, a proper 4K 60 FPS experience can be achieved with i7-6700K or AMD Ryzen 7 1700X CPU and two NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 or AMD RX Vega 56 graphics cards. Yes, that's two GPU's in SLI or Crossfire mode which is a bit surprising as Ubisoft could go for one powerful card like Nvidia's RTX 2080ti or AMD's upcoming Radeon VII.
