Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy's departure from PlayStation 4 pastures and arrival on PC, Xbox One and Switch were obviously a sure shot for Activision, helping Crash exchange its 22nd PS exclusive place for number one across all formats.

Interestingly, the Xbox One version appeared to have sold the best, outselling the Switch one by mere 250 copies. In case you weren't aware, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy features the first three games in the franchise, wrapped in shiny new packaging. Quite ironic though, seeing Xbox One fans going crazy over good ol' Crash.

The only new entry this week is The Crew 2, with Ivory Tower and Ubisoft's open world racer coming in second place. The game is a sequel to 2014's title The Crew and it seems to be doing just fine, despite reviews being less favourable than in the case of its predecessor. Not that The Crew didn't have its fair share of issues but we digress.

Much like England's national team, FIFA 18 is always around the top four, but never really first. EA's game has dropped a single place, although with the World Cup in full swing, we have no doubt it'll go right back up next week.

Mario Tennis Aces dropped down four three places and sits in fourth, while Dad of War came in fifth. Mario Kart 8: Deluxe still lingers around the top 10, this time in sixth, much like Grand Theft Auto V, Fallout 4 and Far Cry 5, coming in eighth, ninth and tenth placed.

Interestingly, Star Wars: Battlefront II has returned to the fray, thanks to a series of discounts. EA and DICE are basically reminding everyone that even if the game was dead to them, it's still not dead. It's amazing though, how a proper piece of controversy can ruin a gaming franchise to the point that barely anyone noticed the announcement of the next Star Wars title on E3.
