Epic Games have rolled out their 4.3 content update for Fortnite: Battle Royale and although the update doesn't add much to the fray, it sure promises more hilarity for existing mechanics. Say hi to Bouncer traps, your cart awaits sir.

Yes, your cart because Bouncer traps let players boost their carts, "launch off walls, or leap to great heights". We're sure it won't take long until we see tracks of death and makeshift roller-coasters assembled across the world of Fortnite, and Epic made sure of that in more ways than one.

Bouncer traps are rare and will be dropping in stacks of three. You can find them in treasure chests, supply llamas, supply drops or as floor loot. They can be placed on floors and walls and will give you the necessary boost to take off sitting on your homeless Fortnite behind like a champ.

Epic revealed they're aware of late game dominance of rocket and grenade launchers, as well as effectiveness of the minigun and availability of resources, and the update looks to shake things up a bit.

Fortnite's rifles, SMGs, pistols and LMGs will no longer suffer from damage fall-off when targeting structures, with minigun's damage against the structures additionally increased from 25 to 30. Further accuracy increase of 10 per cent may just give the minigun some much deserved viability in the field.

Supply llamas now drop material stacks of 200, instead of earlier 500 and they'll no longer produce explosive ammo. Fortnite's construction material floor loot is down 33 per cent, with an equal decrease in material stack sizes.

There are some changes on C4 as well, with its structure explosion radius increased from 400 to 600. Fortnite's returning mode Teams of 20 had its storm damage adjusted as well, removing the earlier strict damage of 10 per tick for all circles. The damage received by players is now 1, 2, 4 and 8 per tick, depending on which storm circle it is.
