Activision usually teases a new Call of Duty title in April or May each year, but it appears the time table has been moved up for 2018. While not official yet, it is heavily implied the next title is Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII.

Yes, the actual logo is ''IIII'' and not ''IV'', it may be incorrect but I guess it's some sort of artistic expression. First rumours about Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 appeared in early February 2018, when Marcus Sellars claimed this title would be set in modern times, more boots on the ground than Infinite Warfare.

Sellars' info isn't always true but this time it panned out, as James Harden wore a fully camo tracksuit with a hat that brandished an orange ''IIII'' on his way to the game against Oklahoma City Thunder. Call of Duty fans immediately recognised it as a possible Black Ops 4 tease in the comments and this was confirmed soon after.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will be developed by Treyarch, the same studio that worked on the past three Black Ops titles. It was also hinted by Sellars back in February 2018 that the game will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. The Switch port will be made by a ''company that is familiar with Call of Duty games.

GameStop's system has already kind of leaked the title with their Black Ops 4 merchandise such as lanyards and clothing, but after the last night the new title is all but official. Activision didn't comment on enquiries about the game yet, and we suspect their first official reveal will be a trailer for the game.

As of this moment, there is no confirmed release date for PC or consoles, but being a Treyarch game, it is bound to have Zombies mode. It will be interesting to see if they can top their Black Ops 3 success with the new title.
