Guerilla Games are hosting a birthday AMA session on Horizon Zero Dawn's subreddit. The game is almost twelve months old and the developers have decided to celebrate its first birthday together with the player base.

To show their appreciation for the loyal fan base, Guerilla Games have posted an announcement thanking everyone for their continuous support. It appears the devs extended their heartfelt thanks for the community's feats over the year through their reddit post.

The reddit post read ''On behalf of the whole team here at Guerrilla, I can say that we love reading your personal stories and experiences with Horizon; your crazy and incredible displays on how to kill a Thunderjaw as fast as possible; the chalk drawings of Bellowbacks that your kid created at school; the beautiful screenshots you shared; and of course… the countless cosplays and fan art of Aloy!''

The post then announced the AMA session will be held on Friday 2 March 2018 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM GMT on r/horizon subreddit. There will be two guests for the AMA session - Ashly Burch, who voiced Aloy and Ben McCaw who is the Lead Writer at Guerilla Games.

Horizon Zero Dawn fans will have an opportunity to ask about the sequel as well the development road for the first game. Or if there happen to be some souls similar to me, they will ask silly questions about naming the machines.

There is a possibility of sneak peeks into Horizon Zero Dawn 2 development or new assets and a birthday AMA could be a good start to a marketing campaign for the sequel. Fans are already eagerly expecting it and shedding some light on the development process could start up the engines of the big ol' hype train.
