Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon will launch in October on Switch, PlayStation 4 and PC. A new trailer has been shared, detailing the game's story. In-game environments can be used as a weapon.

Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon is slated for a 27 October, 2017 release on Switch, PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam. There's a new trailer that details the story and shows off the game's bosses along the way.

Aluche and her party go on an adventure in order to defeat the Moon Queen and kick-start the story. While the party is going towards their goal, a slew of other demons will try to either help or hinder the situation. "The mighty Striker type Servans are invaluable assets to any battle party, transforming from their demonic forms to powerful weapons which Aluche can wield in battle."

"Controlling the Striker type opens up a plethora of abilities to aid in combat situations, improving Aluche’s skills in either long range or close combat depending on which particular Servan she relies upon" says the press release.

Double Chase is a combo attack performed by Lilies and Aluche. The press release had this to say about the attack: "When requirements in battle are met this attack can quickly change the tide of the fight, causing overwhelming damage to anyone in its path. Active Skills, used by Aluche, and Special Skills, activated by the Lilies, can also offer a boost to Aluche’s team in the form of increased health, attack or defence."

Interaction with one's surroundings is possible and, in fact, encouraged. One example of this strategy is to break barrels of flammable liquid, that will coat the enemy and then the elemental fire attack can show its full potential.
