Destiny 2 owned the UK sales charts this week, pushing Uncharted: The Lost Legacy to the second place. Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy is on number six this week. Mario+Rabbids Kingdom Battle fell to number 10.
Destiny 2 has enjoyed the biggest launch of the year. So far. The game launched almost three years after the original and managed to push Uncharted: The Lost Legacy off its top spot. Uncharted: The Lost Legacy didn't land very far though as it now occupies the number two spot.
Back to Destiny 2 for now. The game launched for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, with 58 percent of the sales going to Sony and 42 percent to Microsoft. The original, which was released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, saw Sony’s formats account for 51 percent and Microsoft’s 49 percent.
Forza Horizon 3's sales went through the roof (+79 percent) last week, making the game jump from number 10 to number three. You'll probably be pleased to know that Grand Theft Auto V kept its number four spot from last week.
Fallout 4 (+102 percent) is up from number 14 and now on number five. Same with Dishonored 2 (+129 percent), which also broke back into the top ten this week. Dishonored 2 is up from number 17 to number eight. Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy is holding up pretty well. This week it stepped down one spot to number six.
F1 2017 reversed from number two to number seven. I didn't know those cars had a reverse. You learn something new every day. Lastly, we have Mario+Rabbids Kingdom Battle rounding off the top ten.
Elsewhere in the top 40, Minecraft: Xbox One Edition (+117 percent) is up from number 24 to number 11.
