Paradox Interactive interim report for the second quarter was shared by the CEO, Fredrik Wester. The company's numbers are showing an enviable increase when compared to last year's. Mr. Wester closed the report with a couple of words about PDXCon.

Yesterday, the news broke that Andras Vajlok is stepping down as the Paradox Interactive CFO. Today, more information is coming form Paradox Interactive, but this time it's their interim report for the period of January - June 2017.

Let's go through this real quick. So, in the second quarter of 2017, revenues added up to around £27.84 million which is an increase of 23 percent compared to the same period last year. Operating profit amounted to £15.6 million, an increase by 14 percent, and profit before tax is around the same amount. Profit after tax is a cool to £12.15 million.

We're talking cash flow next: Cash flow from operating activities amounted to £13.4 million, and cash flow from investing activities added up to GBP -6.6 million. By the end of the six month period cash and short term placements measured up to £24.3 million. Earnings per share were around £0.11 per share.

Revenue from the second quarter of 2017 are mainly attributable to Stellaris, Cities: Skylines, Europa Universalis IV, Hearts of Iron IV and Steel Division: Normandy 44.

Fredrik Wester, CEO, finished the report by adding a couple of words about PDXCon:
