PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds just won't stop selling. The game has been selling about a million copies a month ever since it entered Steam Early Access roughly 4 months ago. The final release is scheduled for sometime in Q4 2017.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has averaged about 200,000 concurrent players in the past month and according to SteamSpy, that number will only be going up in the months leading up to its final release.

The game has sold over a million copies in each of the four months since its Early Access launch in late March 2017, totaling to over 5 million sold copies so far.

Bluehole Studio lead and main man behind the project, Brendan PlayerUnknown Greene has promised that PUBG will be available as a full release before the year is out, and in-spite of rumours of delay, the game's constant stream of updates suggests that the studio might actually meet the deadline.

The battle royale style shooter will be getting first-person only servers, two new maps and expanded character customisation options before launch.
