Another Pokemon game is making its way to the mobile devices of the world. Before the Pokemon game comes out, there will be a Legend of Zelda game available for smartphones.

Nintendo seems set on increasing their mobile presence. Now that Super Mario Run and Fire Emblem Heroes made an appearance on the Google Play Store and iTunes, it's time for The Legend of Zelda and Pokemon to do the same.

"People familiar with the matter said" that Link will be coming to the smartphones of the world sometime late this year. The game will be co-developed by Japanese developer DeNA and come out sometime after Animal Crossing.

No word on whether the game will be free to play with in-app purchases like in the Fire Emblem Heroes or have a free demo and then require a one - time payment of around £7.75 like the Super Mario Run.

Next up, Pokemon. Take heed, if you are already familiar with the Pokemon trading card game:

"Pokémon Co. is planning a new card-game app, two people familiar with the matter said. Pokémon Co. already makes physical cards that players collect and use in competitions. A company spokeswoman declined to comment."

The new mobile game looks to be in the works, and the news about it came attached to the Legend of Zelda memo. Most likely, the new Pokemon game will be a virtual replica of the existing TCG from a few years ago, or a new RPG title similar to the Game Boy Colour Pokemon TCG game.

So the line-up looks kind of like this: Animal Crossing, The Legend of Zelda and then a new Pokemon mobile game. It's highly unlikely that any of the new games will follow a payment system similar to the one in Super Mario Run, but we still have a long way to go.
