Potential hint for Scorpio hardware?

A set of system requirements for Middle-earth: Shadow of War has surfaced on Steam. This is rather sudden, considering that the game has been leaked and announced in rapid fire mode just a few days ago and official gameplay footage has been promised on 8 March.

Middle-earth: Shadows of War was also confirmed as a launch title for Microsoft's Scorpio. This would mean that Scorpio's hardware capabilities should fall well above the minimum requirement for PC and at least approach the recommended specifications. If that is the case, Scorpio will take up position a decent deal above the PlayStation 4 Pro but still nowhere near the horsepower a high-end PC can provide.
