The final DLC for The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth is now available on Steam and Edmund McMillen is letting it go. But not really
This expansion to The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth is marking the end of a five year long journey. The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ is the final DLC for the game, and it's available now on Steam at a 33 per cent discount, if you own the base game and the Afterbirth expansion. The offer ends on January the 10th.
The expansion includes new items, an extra playable character, new rooms, bosses and challenges. Afterbirth+ also features mod tools and supports user-made mods. Monthly booster packs are planned and will contain updates to the game as well as the best of user-created mods. The creator has left some guidelines for the mod-making community on the official page, and he will also be adding a couple of items into the upcoming booster packs.
