New PvP map, Operator changes, numerous small tweaks, fixes and updates

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege just got a medium sized update yesterday. The update morphs one of the previously PvE maps - The Barlett University into a PvP map, priming it for that heavily environmental destruction influenced fun, that Siege PvP is famous for. In any other game, adding a single map wouldn't be that big of a deal, but in this case, the endless permutations that destructive environments enable make the new map a substantial addition.

Aside from weapon and equipment changes the update makes, attempts have been made to revitalise the underused Techanka operative. The defence oriented operative received upgrades to his LMG, giving him improved survivability for stationary defence.
