Kalypso Media is fresh off the heels of the Commandos and Praetorians remasters and they are already planning more for the first franchise. It seems like these will be the nex-gen games though.

Kalypso Media will be launching their two long-awaited remasters, Commandos 2 and Praetorians, later today, on 24 January 2020. Both games are already on Steam along with system specs, can be wishlisted but there are a few hours to go before purchases can roll in.

Kalypso announced they will bring Commandos 2 and Praetorians out for testing on 13 December 2019 for those who preorder the games. Early 2020 release dates have also been confirmed, with console versions lagging behind PC ones.

Nostalgia engines are about to be refuelled during Gamescom when Kalypso Media present Commandos 2 and Praetorians HD Remasters. Before that, however, we are treated to a glimpse of what the remasters will offer through two trailers.

Kalypso Media, the publisher and developer company responsible for Tropico and Dungeons series, have bought the rights to Commandos series, originally developed by Pyro Studios and published by Eidos, and quickly announced new content.
