Borderlands 3

Borderlands 3 continues to be an absolute monster of a looter shooter, with best in series sales and a whole suite of substantial campaign DLC in the pipeline. We take a look at the first major expansion, Moxxi's Heist of The Handsome Jackpot.

Gearbox just announced a Borderlands 3 hotfix that should be deployed today, which will be kicking off two new events - Slot Machine Mania and Trials Take-All, along with some weapons and Moze rebalancing.

Borderlands 3 is getting a new DLC soon but the players will get a mini-event to tide them over until the new content launches. The event titled Takedown Shakedown will kick off with a hotfix today and end with a hotfix on 27 March.

Borderlands 3 - Guns, Love, and Tentacles: The Marriage of Wainwright and Hammerlock is a hilariously verbose title befitting a DLC expansion absolutely brimming with content. We went hands on with the opening 90 minutes, and came away impressed.

Gearbox talked about Spring 2020 addition at PAX East already and as part of the impending release of Mayhem 2.0, Borderlands 3's latest hotfix introduced a rebalancing pass on some of the Legendary weapons, to get them up to speed.

Gearbox and 2K signed a shorter exclusivity deal with Epic Games for Borderlands 3 as it was exclusively on that store for six months. That period is coming to an end on 13 March 2020 when the Steam version will go up.
