EA has shared its preliminary financial results for the fiscal quarter that ended in December, 2017. Chief Executive Officer Andrew Wilson said that players have clocked in 'hundreds of millions of hours in our games across console, mobile and PC'. The Sims 4 player base has grown 35 percent.

DICE introduced Operation Campaigns late last year, only to take the mode away in December, 2017. The developer has now decided to bring the multiplayer mode back and make it accessible to anyone who owns the base game.

EA is making their Nivelle Nights map available to all Battlefield 1 players. The map was previously only available to Battlefield 1 Premium Pass and They Shall Not Pass DLC owners. Operation Campaigns are also scheduled to deploy soon.

Battlefield 1's third expansion will be available in December. Turning Tides will bring a variety of maps set across Gallipoli and the North Sea. A new faction will be available in January.

Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy is still going strong. In the top 10, the Bandicoot is followed by Fallout 4. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Forza Horizon 3 have both found their ways back into the top 10.

N.Sane Trilogy topped the UK sales chart again this week. The list's mainstays such as GTA V and Fifa 17 are still among the top 10. Miitopia dropped down to number eight.

A new entry in the Battlefield series will be releasing in 2018, while the current iteration has gained 2 million players since May 2017. EA will also be announcing some sort of big deal release for Battlefield 1 during this year's Gamescom.

DICE is teasing another Battlefield 1 map set to hit the CTE sometime soon. The first monthly update for the game is also going to be rolling out any day now.

DICE has just revealed a screenshot of a new map to drop for Battlefield 1 Premium owners in June. The map was given a short description but not much else.
