New characters coming to Arms and a new map for Splatoon 2
Nintendo have announced part of their presentation line-up for Gamescom 2017. Splatoon is getting a new map and Arms is getting a new character. A demo for Pokken Tournament DX will be available at the Nintendo eShop this Thursday.
Nintendo adjusts the sales forecast for the Switch by 4 million units
Nintendo's reports for the second fiscal quarter of 2017 have been released. Nintendo revised their 10 million units projection for Switch hardware and bumped it up to 14 million. The 3DS family fared well thanks to the New 2DSXL, selling 1.96m units worldwide.

Horizon Zero Dawn tops the weekly UK sales chart
UK sales chart for the week ending on 17 June shows Horizon Zero Dawn is back at number one. Switch exclusive Arms is at number two. Grand Theft Auto V's sales have not been diminished by the Open IV controversy.
Arms Global Testpunch demo events set to begin this month
Nintendo held their Direct presentation for Arms, revealing three new characters, and detailing their post-launch updates plans. A "Global Testpunch" will take place later this month for the game launching on 16 June.
